North Inch Apartment is a brand new one bedroom “garden apartment” conversion in the elegant Georgian Rose Terrace, completed in the early 19th Century, so it is actually over 200 years old ! Rose Terrace is situated overlooking Perth’s famous North Inch parkland, and although the apartment is a semi-basement it is actually surprisingly light.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a reclining sofa and Italian wood-framed armchair. There’s a small TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The traditional multi-paned window looks out partly onto the basement area and across the North Inch itself.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washer-dryer. The kitchen window gives a similar outlook to that of the lounge. The kitchen and dining area is partially separated from the lounge by a dividing wall which gives the whole area a bit of an open plan feel.
A short passageway leads through to the bedroom and adjacent luxurious bathroom. The bedroom has a kingsize (5 foot) double bed, 2 chests of drawers, plenty of built in wardrobe space and a curtained glazed door which leads out to the sheltered garden area.
The bathroom is fully tiled, and has a modern 3 piece bathrom suite with a shower over the bath. Heating is via radiators fed from a gas boiler which also supplies hot water. The apartment is warm and well insulated, and there is no charge for heating or electricity.
On-street parking is readily available immediately outside, and the good news is that we provide the cash you’ll need for the meter !
Prices include bedlinen, towels, and electricity. A child’s cot and high chair can be provided on request. We cannot accept pets. North Inch Apartment is strictly a No Smoking flat.
